Ratchet tie down strap also known as cargo lashing belt, are available in large variety of configurations of different sizes, colors, ratchet buckles and end fittings. Used mostly for motorcycle, estate car, flatbed trailer, van, truck, curtain side vehicle and container. The basic principle is to make the webbing by ratchet and pawl movement. It is gradually wound on the half-moon key of the hand puller, so that the cargo on the truck will be tightly bundled to achieve the purpose of safe transportation. Suitable for road, railway, sea, air transportation. Wear sleeves or corner protectors are recommended to protect the webbing straps.

Consider using with friction mats to increase the friction coefficient between the load and the vehicle floor.

Cautions:

Never use lashing strap for lifting.

Never use overload.

Do not twist webbing.

Protect the webbing from sharp or abrasive edges.

Periodic inspect the ratchet strap to ensure the tie down or webbing in good condition, or replace it at once.
