The 18×7 construction is a specialized type of wire rope designed to minimize rotation under load. It consists of 18 strands with 7 wires in each strand, arranged in opposite directions to counterbalance torque, ensuring excellent rotation resistance during lifting operations. This makes it especially suitable for single-line hoisting and situations where load stability is critical.

• 18×7+FC (Fiber Core):
  Built with a fiber core, this rope provides high flexibility and ease of handling. It is suitable for applications requiring frequent bending over sheaves, although its crushing resistance is lower compared to steel cores.

• 18×7+IWS (Independent Wire Strand Core):
  Constructed with an independent wire strand core, this type offers better strength, stability, and resistance to crushing. It is more durable in heavy-duty lifting and provides reliable performance under higher loads.
